La nebulosa di Orione è la più fotografata dagli astrofotografi di tutto il mondo, perché è una delle più luminose ed estese e per questo una delle più "semplici" su cui farsi le ossa! Con gli anni si scopre però che non è poi così semplice come sembra e che per ottenere risultati pregevoli è necessaria una certa tecnica. Per questa ripresa ho utilizzato soltanto il segnale proveniente dall'emissione dell'idrogeno alfa e dall'ossigeno bivalente, quindi una banda veramente ristretta rispetto all'enorme quantitativo di fotoni proveniente da questa nebulosa, ma il risultato è comunque affascinante!
