ISO 125, hand held.

Image that tells, with a marked and beautiful vintage flavor. Congratulations, also for the excellent recovery.

Congratulations Merak, a composition that catapulted me into the past when as a child I collected cob after the trebbiatura of the fields, then there was the ginning ;-)
Optim recovery from a long time ago.

Jo, Lorisb, Dario1960, Latino Rosario, I am very pleased with your passages and your words; I am also pleased to have awakened memories of distant days in the countryside and time was passing with rhythms that had now disappeared.

Hi Merak, you managed to create a picture from many years ago, you did a great job, you came up with a file that rekindles old memories of when I was a kid. Very good

Thank you Giovanni and Davide; thank you RikCapra: towards this shot (in total I made four different), I carried myself as a debt for more than forty years: I had never printed it but it had always remained in my head. Now I have finally translated it into an image that can be seen by everyone. In the heat of making it I also made a small mistake but that's fine. I promise/promise i'll fix it in 40 years.

Thank you Luigi; thank you Alejandro for your steps and compliments. My dad was grinding right by hand, patiently, but, as I wrote, he had his own very effective technique, of great skill. He once brought home a "car" that he would have to grind, which worked by spinning a big crank, but in the end he did better and faster on his own...

Patience is the skill you can see in this shot of yours... A great memory and a great shot.

I love these seasoned prints, and this scene of your dad hand-graining corn under the cat's watchful eye is a return to the past of great value. You do more than well to recover these testimonies. Great.
Bye gios ;-)

Beautiful scenes, grinding that beautiful and shiny corn, transparent and rounded grains like glass balls, then everything else leads to memories, thanks and a greeting.
