sembra un gioco di parole- l'Alben è la prima montagna che supera i 2.000 m salendo la val Seriana da Bergamo- è costituita da calcare e ai piedi ci sono diverse sorgente tra cui la stupenda val Vertova- ho atteso al freddo i primi raggi di sole su questa montagne e sulle Alpi Orobie circostanti - (-11 gradi)
