Tuglie è un comune della Provincia di Lecce in Puglia. E' situato nell'entroterra di Gallipoli, nel Salento. Sorge nella zona collinare delle Serre Salentine settentrionali. Il suo territorio è diviso in due parti, una parte bassa, dove è situato il centro storico, e uno in altura, dove è cresciuta negli anni una zona turistica e dove sorge il Santuario della Madonna del Montegrappa, da cui la località prende il nome. Tuglie dista pochi chilometri da alcune importanti località turistiche e di vacanza in Puglia, sicché la sua posizione geografica risulta molto favorevole per chi intende associare a spensierati bagni di sole e mare i più suggestivi aspetti dell'entroterra del Salento.
