Beautiful reference to one of the cornerstones of Italian neorealism. The film, unfortunately, was of a unique sadness. On the photo nothing to say except that it is excellent, as always.

Peppe is an omnivorous portraitist and, given your skill even with animals, coming to Rome... I'm going to be a good place to go! :-D

Dogs always add a lot to the portraits,
all portraits, but in this case it is not only the complementary presence that makes this photograph valid and interesting but the composition with the human subject that starts decisively from the left side and the blur so soft, that gives glimpses of other lives on which those eyes, that pair of eyes, the dog and his friend, do not call him master, give the time that has passed and their
present "
