Ethiopia 2019

1/160 f/3.2, ISO 100, Omo Valley, Ethiopia.

Beautiful for subject, pose, setting and,not last, caption.
These subjects you've really gone to flush them out .... :-)
..... when there's a lot of research/study behind a shot.
Comminable.

Very very nice, congratulations.
With that PdC and setting it almost looks like the woman is miniaturized!

Chapeau! You have grasped the essence of the pride of these natives. Sweet look but resolute at the same time. But how much I like this picture. Really good.

forgive the question but who was holding the flash?
you bring a stand or someone else? or did you hold it with your arm as far away as possible?

assuming that I, on the contrary of Tiber, love your portraits and precisely for the masterful management of studio-type lights I consider them more beautiful than those made in only natural light, precisely because as in the 800s when they were shooting illuminating with the poor pyric, in photography there is no truth but multiple visions. and you have to see well and look for new points of view without preconceptions.
said this, technical question: why not a normal flash with mini soft box? surely you will have tried right?
Is exposure management done in manual or ttl?
