This time, during my trip to Sao Jorge I took into account that some of the photos will be reviewed at Juza web site. This is one of them taken also for you.
There are a lot of images of this famous place easy available in the internet, but are usually very ugly, I do not know why. Usually the colors are very unpleasant.

The main problem is to have a good light, which is not the case here. The light was very strong and the contrasts went to extremes. The Lightroom (LR) helped in cutting these extremes, but not everywhere.
The second problem is the shade of blue coming from the blue heaven. I have erased this effect by LR. This is controvertible, it changes the colors essentially.
The next problem is the point of shooting: here you have rocks, very slippy, no place for tripod, but you are accustommed to such cases.
The last: you have to incline the optical axis, which is an error by definition, but what to do ? Otherwise you will not be able to show this place. This remark concerns previous photos, of broader perspective.
