Domenica ho risalito per la prima volta la Val Narcanello, passando dalle omonime cascate fino a giungere al neonato lago (2520m.), formatosi dallo scioglimento del ghiacciaio del Pisgana. Da questo defluisce il torrente Narcanello che a Ponte di Legno, incontrandosi col Frigidolfo, da origine al fiume Oglio. Il panorama sul lago è costituito principalmente da placche di granito, Monte dei Frati e Calotta.
