Da noi nell'estremo Ponente le "Rostelle" sono state addottate dalla Vostra cucina ed ormai fisse nelle proposte culinarie della zona.
La foto non essendo un vegetariano, mi piace anche in ricordo di quelle belle grigliate fatte in compagnia, con anche il fiasco di Montepulciano, che da troppo tempo mancano.
