Stalin non aveva sorelle (né fratelli), tuttavia ci ha lasciato le sue “Sette Sorelle”, sette grattacieli per commemorare l'VIII centenario di Mosca che vedrai sicuramente se visiti la città. Attualmente questi grattacieli ospitano un'università, due hotel e due ministeri, mentre altri due sono residenziali. Una delle Sette Sorelle è l'Hotel Ucraina, conosciuto oggi come il Radisson Royal Hotel, struttura a cinque stelle. Il grattacielo è alto 198 metri e ha 34 piani. Si trova vicino al fiume Moscova. È stato iniziato nel 1947 e terminato nel 1957, diventando l'hotel più alto del mondo fino al 1976. È il secondo edificio più alto dei grattacieli di Stalin dopo la torre principale dell'Università Statale di Mosca. È stato ristrutturato tra il 2007 e il 2010. Dispone di circa 500 stanze, 38 appartamenti, diversi ristoranti di cucina internazionale (iraniana, europea, italiana, giapponese, etc.), piscina olimpionica di 50 metri, sala conferenze e spa.
