, 1/200 f/8.0, ISO 400, tripod. Specie: Tarentola mauritanica

A very well made double although a bit extreme.
mainly dealing with documenting the life of nocturnal animals I really appreciate the idea

I find it a beautiful double shot both for study and for realization.. The disgrandangled on the reptile reverses the dimensions leaving the user the apparent image of a power/force that did not in fact... In addition, these tones and this light almost noir I find it perfectly based on what could happen for what the predatory nature of the raptor makes us imagine and almost take for granted
so many compliments for the study and originality of this realization

I would say a real finesse.... I think that with great effort it would also be achievable with single shot, perhaps by communicating the two flashes with the respective settings

Hi Alchie, thank you! I can assure you that it would have been impossible to have the two subjects in those precise points of the frame. Beyond the photographic technique the limits are others, there is the study of (wild) animals and we adapt to their habits. Anyway multiple exposure or not, with this photo we wanted to tell a story at its best and we hope to have succeeded.
A greeting,
Edward
