Fischietti di terracotta di Rutigliano Sono tra i souvenir più belli della Puglia i Fischietti di terracotta di Rutigliano, piccole creazioni artistiche dai colori vivaci e le forme bizzarre, realizzati e decorati a mano. Fischiano tutti: il galletto che è icona dell'artigianato figulo ma anche il toro e il pesce, il carabinere, il politico in vista, il prete allegrotto, attori e personaggi famosi, riprodotti con ironiche caricature.
