#FioriGialli #Yellow #Giallo Pallenis spinosa - L'asterisco spinoso (Pallenis spinosa (L.) Cass.) è una pianta della famiglia delle Asteracee, diffusa nel bacino del Mediterraneo. DESCRIZIONE: Pianta annua, o bienne con peli patenti, alta anche fino a mezzo metro, con ramificazioni che superano in altezza il fusto principale che si presenta ramoso arrossato; molto pelosa. Le foglie sono spatolate, le cauline dentellate e progressivamente ristrette verso la base, amplessicaule (foglia circondante il fusto con la base della lamina, senza decorrerlo). L'infiorescenza è un capolino giallo del diametro di 25-30 mm, con ligule lineari ad apice tridentato, circondato da una corona di brattee squamose con apice spinoso, molto più lunghe delle ligule, che conferiscono la caratteristica forma stellata. Fiorisce da giugno ad agosto. In Italia è presente in tutte le regioni tranne Valle d'Aosta e Trentino Alto Adige. Pianta molto comune, ha come habitat pascoli aridi e incolti fino a 1500 m di altitudine. FONTE: Wikipedia
