The shot is perfect thanks to the excellent shooting point, the beautiful subject and the detail. Perhaps the color could be slightly increased with a pinch of saturation and contrast; For the rest also excellent post production. 8-)
A greeting Claudio :-)

Thanks Claudio precious advice. You know what makes these mistakes? The frenzy in post immediately after the PP. Work from half an hour on an image and you look good. If I left her there and you would see the next day you will surely find to make improvements that are not noticed in the immediate.

Beautiful animal very well stopped in his flight with the busted. You're absolutely right when you say that it would be better to wait a little before posting, little mistakes would be certain out. For example the eye I see it very noisy a "lisciatina" would have improved. Very nice compliments

It will be because being in the field of birds are a bit of a chicken, but I would be happy with a similar result in a shot of a subject in flight.

Really nice and detailed. Just a curiosity I see a strange effect on the dark side of the wings as an excessive noise but from the shutter data I doubt it. Thanks bye Roby

Hello i lightened a lot the inside of the wing
to get out its natural color and some noise came out. In the raw it was very dark because during the shot there was not enough light.

A subject Unfortunately for me never photographed you did it very well, good shot on the fly, you have kept the natural colors and so I think you have enhanced the shot even more, congratulations.

Thanks Mauro, unfortunately are shots a little
difficult and keep full quality in post is really difficult. He always sacrifices something in favor of dynamism.

Nice subject caught on the fly, but seeing it in high resolution to monitor you can not say that the post production is excellent, considering also that you have taken with the D810 and only 800 ISO.. Then I do not know if the original file was very underexposed and you had to open the shadows out of proportion, but the noise on the Jay is so much. This my opinion, I like to say what I think hoping not to offend anyone, a salute

Imagine, keep in mind that it was taken behind protective glass, that 1/1.5 stop takes them away quietly. From this you can deduce many things. Hello!

Very nice subject, I also photograph from huts with glass in front of
and the result unfortunately is never as perfect as I would like.
In this case you notice, obviously on the sides in the shade, of the noise
that you could correct better in P.P.
for the rest congratulations
