Ad Amburgo si sta sviluppando alla velocità della luce un nuovo quartiere, a ridosso del faraonico porto. Non è altro che la zona in cui si trovavano i vecchi magazzini, usati per rifornire le navi che in città facevano scalo. Negli ultimi anni è diventato il luogo più intrigante della città, denso di uffici e simbolo di una città in perenne evoluzione, dalla quale dovremmo prendere esempio.
