I think you have a good shot. The problem I see is that the wave coming towards the bird is breaking above the albatross's head which is competing with what really is important in your photo. I would have waited for the wave to pass or would have opened my aperture more so I could have blur the background. However, I love the sharpness and details of the bird's plumage.
