GDT - European Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2017!!! L'ho potuta ammirare in ogni veste.

I compliment you, as well as for the beautiful images, also for the love of those lands that transpire from them, so well described in caption.

What a great atmosphere ... both the atmosphere and the photo for how you knew how to portray the scene you were in front of. A fascinating photo that gives beautiful emotions.
Detailed and enjoyable to read the caption.

What are you referring to? The darker area with the snow?

Thank you all!

@Robophoto: As you specified McBrandon, that is not the sky, but part of the snow-covered mountain. In this landscape I deliberately excluded the sky to make the image more mysterious and less contextual in the classical vision. ;-)

@Mcbrandon: thank you very much for yourself too! Scottish Surname ???

No no ... nicknamed invented years to sign up for another forum (:-D) but I wanted to put "Mc" in front of me because I love the sound of Scottish cornamuses and certain Scottish songs such as "The Bonnie Banks O Loch Lomond" or the famous "Scotland the Brave". ;-)
In Scotland I have not been there yet.

In addition to your undoubted quality, reading the caption I understand where this extra trick comes out ...... ;-)
Great picture, as usual

On this forum you see beautiful pictures but every now and then an acute shakes my eyes and heart, resizing everything else to little.
Sincere congratulations.

I keep writing and deleting phrases in this comment box ... I'm super pleased with the dating you're having and I do not know how to express my admiration for your way of living and communicating with Photography!

When the photograph captures the essence of a place, it goes far beyond the mere 'rock of reality' and transcends the symbolic.
Highly prized prize for a click that is 'all substance' and zero special effects.
A salutone!

Grande For !! The first impression is that of seeing a galactic sky, but then in a few moments you realize that something is not coming back ... they serve some long seconds of reading to decipher the real elements that make up the scene .. you saw an incredible world in that moment and you have succeeded in telling it with illusory graphics! I am convinced that valley fog is the key element on which this visual illusion is born .. compliments !!

I would like to thank you one by one, but in order to prevent my wife from throwing me out of the house (:-D), sending a huge thank you to everyone!

I've read really interesting words! It's incredible, how much relevance is there between what some of you have written and this photo. It really makes me happy because because it's an atypical landscape, it brings everyone new to explore different horizons. Thanks again. for

Great shot, light spots that confuse ... light, earth ... sky and still earth ...
compliments
Mauro
