Un bella compo con soggetto stabile come questo, anche senza il cavalletto devi trovare il modo di coglierlo con la reflex poggiata su qualcosa per surrogare il tripod (prendi dei libri, qulche oggetto con base piana sul quale, una volta ottenuta l'altezza di lavoro che ti serve, puoi appoggiare la reflex), non ha senso scattare a mano libera con un obiettivo macro, con un tempo di otturazione cosi' lento ed un diaframma cosi' aperto, quando puoi arrangiarti in qualche modo, la definizione che ti puo' dare altrimenti te la scordi (tra l'altro essendo su vassoio, e' un soggetto potenzialmente "mobile" per cui, se cerchi un pdr alternativo per trovare un'appoggio per la reflex, puoi anche spostarlo in altro ambiente della casa...).
Su base di appoggio, puoi scattare a 100 iso anche con diaframma piu' chiuso, tipo F11 anche con tempo relativamente lungo, tanto in questo still life, gli oggetti non si muovono mica..., avrei infine clonato via quelle crepettine nel muro o fondale che sia e rimosso quel refuso di lavorazione che si intravede in basso a sinistra (quoto Fiorenzo). A compendio ti assegno un 6+ per simpatia, con questo obiettivo puoi fare molto, molto di piu' facendo poco di piu', ma devi dargli una mano, carissima...
