#BiancoeNero #BlackAndWhite

Nicely corrected vertical perspective, though a little barrel distortion remains. A lovely and interesting black and white image, especially with the figure, otherwise.

I had only 18-55mm with the Nex5, lightweight motorcycle equipment. To frame the church, I have tilted the camera upside down, and to correct the falling lines perhaps it has created a slight barrel effect, but honestly it does not seem so obvious to me.
Thank you Tim, it is always a pleasure to find you again.

interesting the caption that introduces the shot

I believe that the motivation of the shot is an essential completion of the image to correctly guide the observer to his understanding.
Thanks Marco.

Barrel distortion is inherent in all wide lenses, especially zooms, most marked at their widest end. Some lenses are better than others but generally the cheaper and kit lenses are the worst. Usually it is not noticeable but straight lines at the edge show it much more as our eye easily relates to the problem. All editing software includes correction for this, so it is correctable.

Dearest, I'm glad you like it, I could not photograph this angle with the figure in the distance, which among other things I had to pick up quickly before it disappeared. ;-)
Thanks for visiting.

An excellent shot Gabriele, I like the human presentation that fits nicely in the context taken up by the ancient flavor.
Excellent toning.
Congratulations, hello soon

The presence of the human figure is always important ... in the end these villages smell of old and continue to live as long as their inhabitants exist.
Thanks Mauro, hello.

This is a beautiful image ... delicate and of great peace, a man-made place, you should more often have to clean your helmet visor if you live in such a beautiful and quiet place. Compliments.
A greeting Anna Maria
