, 1 sec f/1.4, ISO 5000, tripod.

Stranamente l'esposizione e' stata parecchio diversa.

It is true that there are 5000 ISO differences compared to shots with Sony (and not a few of these values) so it is difficult to make a fair comparison; It seems to me a great achievement, in terms of sharpness and stabilization, taking into account the shooting conditions (better than the shot made at 24, but I think I have suffered from vibrations in the airplane?).

I would have something to argue about the affirmation: " the impoverished and EOS 5D Mark IV banned" :-D :-D; If you want we will change with my ;-) ;-).

Hello and good day Philip.

Hi Mauro :-)
The shooting conditions with the Sony A7sII were very similar. Sony had also been fitted with the same clamp. Next time I try to bring them both and I want to do the same test with the same lens and see what happens. Make a comparison with the same megapixels (then resize the 5D IV file to 12 mega pixels).

The 35mm for this kind of cockpit photo gets better. The 24mm is at the limit because it begins to frame part of the plane. Probably that one with 24 has been infected with micro-vibrations.

The 5D IV has been very disrupted by the video side, and the history of the upgrade after spending a lot has touched a lot. Not making videos I do not mind. But Canon may have to be less in a hurry.

We'll seeThe new 6D next year. Hope to do it calmly .... and do it well! :-D
