[Continua] I primi documenti che attestano l'esistenza di tale struttura risalgono al 1870, anno in cui i fratelli Pareschi ne acquistarono il lotto ad un'asta pubblica occorsa il giorno 1 Aprile. Nel 1896, un documento certifica che la proprietà passa in mano a tale signor Lombardi, che ne esercita l'usufrutto per lire 12000 annui sotto concessione del vescovo Enrico Grazioli.
