Catturare una tempesta di neve non è cosa semplice; il 95% delle volte che esco a far foto mi concentro solo sull'aspetto compositivo, in quanto i settaggi (ISO, diaframma, tempi, ecc) nel genere che pratico sono grossomodo sempre i soliti e non necessitano di grandi attenzioni ogni volta. Beh, in questo caso invece ho dovuto prestare molta attenzione all'aspetto tecnico, in quanto non è stato così immediato riuscire ad imprimere la giusta atmosfera allo scatto: ho dovuto provare tempi più lunghi con ISO bassi, tempi corti con ISO alti e tempi cortissimi con ISO ancora più alti. Ho provato pure ad usare il flash, con scarsi risultati. La situazione meteo sicuramente non aiutava, con raffiche di neve sparate in faccia (facevano davvero male!) e contro la lente dell'obiettivo, che mi costringevano ad ogni scatto a pulire la lente alla meglio; alla fine sono riuscito a trovare un buon compromesso, ed ecco lo scatto finale. La composizione è abbastanza classica (leggi "vuota"), ma la mancanza totale di soggetti per un primo piano non mi ha lasciato molta scelta!
