Lo scatto è ben composto e, forse, un'apertura minore ti avrebbe dato maggior nitidezza, ma si sa che quando si riprende l'avifauna si scatta d'istinto senza far caso a questi particolari.
Quanto al fatto se sia una cornacchia grigia ho qualche dubbio soprattutto per il colore del becco ed il capo che non è completamente nero. Forse è un corvo giovane, ma non posso dirlo con certezza !

Quando sono su un albero, non sono mai facili da trovare in spazio aperto per riprenderli perfettamente, poi dipende dal punto di ripresa, dalla conformazione e quantita' di rami e foglie dell'albero, se puoi cercare altri pdr cercando spiragli per "beccarlo" in flagrante...
La luce ambientale qui e' piuttosto intensa anche se nel complesso, gestibile, avrei chiuso il diaframma un poco di piu' almeno ad F8 per cogliere un pelo in piu' di definizione e pdc e un pelo in meno di luce che era abbondante ed avrei cercato di abbassarmi e sporgermi di piu' a destra per cercare di riprendere interamente almeno la testa, i rami poi sono parecchi e i miracoli non si potevano fare anche se, quelli piu' piccoli si potevano, con pazienza rimuovere in post. comunque tutte cose semplici "digitate a tastiera", da mettere in pratica probabilmente un po' meno, soprattutto se la logistica non e' il massimo; nel complesso lo scatto e' tutt'altro che disprezzabile considerato che e' il primo, la lente non credo sia male; brava Annamaria, buona la prima.
