Vedo anche io la linea nera (niente di chè intendiamoci), la si percepisce maggiormente nelle zone di contrasto tipo tra il monte innevato a sinistra e la nuvola scura circa al centro del frame, come come hai spiegato tu, è sicuramente un problema di compressione e un dettaglio ampiamente trascurabile.
