Pontenove , antico ponte medievale che da il nome all'omonimo borgo . Il ponte si trova sul fiume chiese sulla via antica romana " Via Brixiensis " che collegava Brescia a Verona . Si trova a nove miglia dalla città ( Brescia ) da qui il nome .
