Dietro agli scatti di questi Papilionidi c'è una storia che va precisata.
Lo scorso Settembre mentre tornavo da un giro per macro vicino a casa mia, ho notato sul ciglio della strada ciò che mi erano inizialmente sembrate delle foglie strane su una piccola pianta di biancospino. Erano 4 bruchi di podalirio.
Le ho lasciate li, almeno per un pò. Chi abita in campagna sa cosa succede alla fine dell'estate, i contadini ardono e falciano i fossi, così ho raccolto le larve e le ho allevate, temendo venissero devastate.
