Tor Marancia - Questo dipinto è un remix di una fotografia di Francesco Paolo Michetti dal titolo "io sarò" che ritrae una donna sfollata da Borgo Pio negli anni '30 e abitante poi a "Shanghai" - Tor Marancia. L'uso di vecchie immagini è diventato un tema ricorrente nel lavoro di Guido. A volte alle vecchie foto associamo una sensazione di nostalgia, di vecchie storie e persone. Sono queste le sensazioni che Guido, con le sue opere, vuole trasmettere. ---------- Dopo il Pigneto, San Basilio, Testaccio, ora è la volta di Tor Marancia, quartiere popolare dalla forte identità alle porte dell'Eur. È l'ultimo, in ordine di tempo, a essere stato completamente trasformato e quasi reso irriconoscibile dall'opera di 20 artisti internazionali provenienti da 10 Paesi che su ben 11 palazzi delle case popolari hanno disegnato 20 murales monumentali. È "Big city life", un progetto di altissimo valore sociale e culturale, che ha permesso questo intervento straordinario a Tor Marancia, ideato da 999Contemporary, finanziato da Fondazione Roma e dal Campidoglio, patrocinato dall'VIII Municipio e condiviso con l'Ater. 70 giorni di lavoro per 12 ore al giorno, 765 litri di vernice, 974 bombolette spray per 20 murales di 14 metri, con una superficie di 145 metri quadrati per ciascuno per un totale di più di 2.500 metri quadrati: questi i numeri di "Big city life". #murales #StreetArt - Consigli, critiche e commenti sono sempre graditi. - Tutte le foto contenute in queste gallerie sono coperte da copyright e non possono essere utilizzate in alcuna forma senza il consenso dall'autore.
