Poter veder e fotografare il gufo delle nevi nel suo ambiente naturale era uno dei miei sogni nel cassetto. Sui libri lo descrivono come il gufo più estremo del mondo e quel giorno quelle parole mi risuonavano nella mente come un martello! Le aspettative della giornata erano pari a zero, la temperatura sommata a il fortissimo vento faceva percepire -37 gradi, per di più si era aggiunta una forte nevicata, già poterlo vedere dall'auto in queste condizioni una scommessa. Ma dopo averlo trovato...strisciare sul ghiaccio per avvicinalo , averlo a pochi metri in condizioni che le persone normali non sarebbero nemmeno uscite di casa, ti fa dimenticare tutto quello che stai soffrendo,il ghiaccio si forma sul volto le mani iniziano ad addormentasi, neve e vento rendono le cose più facili, difficili ma tutto questo per uno che ama questo genere,le emozioni che si provano non ho prezzo.
