Era il primo pomeriggio quando, dopo esserci ripresi un po' dalla stanchezza dell'escursione mattutina, io e Miguelandiaz abbiamo lasciato i compagni d'avventura nei pressi del Caseificio Crampiolo per intraprendere il sentiero e salire per raggiungere il lago Sangiatto. L'intenzione era di arrivare al più presto in modo di piazzare le tende e di poter trovare la location migliore per immortalare il tramonto e realizzare alcune foto notturne. La strada in salita si faceva sentire e, dopo qualche breve sosta, arriviamo finalmente al primo laghetto e subito dopo a quello successivo. La meta era ormai molto vicina ma le nostre aspettative di trovare buone condizioni di luce svanivano piano piano. Il cielo si oscurava sempre più da grossi nuvoloni, ma la speranza di uno scorcio di luce era sempre dentro a noi.
