There are now several times they have been to Lago Turchino, both in summer and in April with about a meter of snow ... but I never managed to do so well the Milky Way, seen the light pollution and the lack of Pievepelago altitude, just 1600m. Also usually it is not easier to see her pointing to the South in this period? While the picture is facing North-West about.
If the Milky Way is really true then it is really a fantastic picture.

3B further east, as just sort it lies to the east; with a 14mm displacement is very little thanks to the breadth of the field; I say this because in every way, when I use the tracker, you can not make a simple fusion but are always forced to split the shot to the sky and to the earth due to the first floor completely moved (obviously if chasing stars the earth is moved).

Realized thanks for the clarification 8-), probably thanks to the tracker you can get better results.
I when I was there in April in a tent in the snow I could at most to achieve this:

While pointing towards your same direction:

Another thing, I noticed that the window of the hut (which I always find it closed because it is an individual) can be seen via the milk, in case you correct the overlap of the two shots.

The other night was "open" (I assume there were two old men who were the owners)! With snow up there must be a good show, too bad that for now are not very equipped to about :( and more like the pond during that period disappears! Anyway nice experience, well done!
