I allowed myself to download your photos, open it in photoshop and see more of the histogram. To me this beautiful picture you could improve by modulating the lights that are perhaps too great, especially at the level of the hand where you lose a lot of detail (the knuckles are invisible) .I slightly reduced light, clarity and shadows.
