La costruzione della rocca, nella sua forma attuale, fu avviata da Ezzelino da Romano nel 1245 e portata a termine dai membri della famiglia Tempesta dopo la sua morte. La Rocca dei Tempesta, si raggiunge dalla piazza attraverso un ponticello. Luogo molto bello, lungo la passeggiata si ammirano anatre, cigni, piccioni, ghiandaie...
