This dusty region lies on the border between Perseus, Taurus and Aries. Apart the large dust nebulae (part of LDN 1450), at least three blue reflection nebula are present: the main one is NGC 1333 at right, then VdB 16 at left and VdB 13 below. Many GN nebulae lies near NGC 1333 and all over the field. Unfortunately I was able to gather too few hours of exposure because of bad weather. Note about processing: this image has been processed by Edoardo Radice with PixInsight and then refined by Lorenzo Comolli (me) with Photoshop. Thanks Edo for the collaboration! Look also at Edoardo's post on Astrobin http://www.astrobin.com/135517/ Tech data: TEC 140 apo refractor (dia=140 mm, FL=1011 mm, f/7.2), giant field flattener (90mm), SBIG STL-11000 camera at -30°C (full frame with b/w ccd sensor, 11 Mpix), 7 h total exposure, LRGB 230:70:60:60 min (single exp of 10 min), location: Capanne di Cosola (AL, Italian Apennines) at 1500 m height, 24-25 October 2014, Mount: Gemini G-41, Tracking: Lodestar on an 80mm f/5 refractor.

Very beautiful three-dimensional rendering of the powders. I agree with the choice of the brightest stars redere more nuanced in harmony with the environment.

Hello Lorenzo, first of all congratulations for the pictures that you can make every time, then I saw on your website that you have made in some timelapse nights out ([URL =] www.astrosurf.com/comolli/tl1.htm ): I must say that take your breath away as they are spectacular! Congratulations again!

Thank you all !! :-)
The powders fascinate me a lot, but they are really hard and require much pose. Here, unfortunately, has been little, but Edo was very good at extracting as this.

Aleziggio: Thanks for visiting thorough! And many of my TL also find them here on Juza www.juzaphoto.com/me.php?p=8127&pg=video&l=it

Thanks to you too Piermario and Beppe! The main part of the nebula really amazed me for the richness of the many colors available. For now with my setup I can not take a close-up, but I'll keep this for the future!

It is to be enchanted and just! Obviously, words can not describe all the things you go through your head when you look at a portion of the 'universe. Congratulations on your proposal, rich in color and detail.
