I love the composition, the pyramid, which raises the diagonal.
The sky is very impressive even in the reflection on the glass.
Unfortunately, I see that there was a tremendous decay of the lens perhaps? Or the opening of the shadows in PP? has a sound really impressive. Cabbages without that it would be really great. ;-)

Hello Guido,

Thanks for the compliments;) Unfortunately, on my last trip to Paris I had the 17-40 f4 lens I usually use for these shots. I had to use the 28 1.8 which I think is a great lens but to "tell" (report), much less for architecture and landscapes (at small apertures like little apertures on the other hand, I consider a gem).
I do not adjusted PP picture from the point of view of noise, because it would spoil the effect of the air, mixing it: so instead it seems more natural, that's the reason for the noise.

Ps I love the 50 iso 5D2, so I took 50 .... probably 160/200 iso I would definitely sound different.

Thanks for the criticism, is always a pleasure to talk about the pictures and about 4opinions that stem from it;)

Robert, no, but which by the way is only at that point that the noise is very much going up a hair, already pecking at the sky, vanish:-P

For the rest I like to comment on the photos that tell me something

PS Very beautiful your shots Guido, as you troovi 1DIII with high ISO? It's Mk2? I was looking for a second body with a quality AF performance

Thanks so much;)

You're welcome, and indeed I thank you for the compliment. I am very happy though to be honest there are billions of AF settings that make me damn and not a little. I am good at high ISO, up to 1600 shot with confidence. It's not that I'm massacre. I think you could try it and see if you like it, unfortunately I fear that you may also leave aside the 5 then:-P

For my sons the 5 is ok, I get up to 4000 ISO in tranqillità;) But in parades feel the need for something more ... and a few clicks of marriage; I like quality but is below the 5d2 (I think;))

I do not know, since the 5d2 I tried yes and no sometimes by a friend of mine. Only thing is that it also tells me he has a couple of series 1, the 1d2 and the 1ds is that as the "softness" of the file is better with 1. 5 uses it to work on the video. Again, you should try it;)
