Gli Hadzabe ( o Bushman) sono probabilmente la popolazione più antica ancora presente in Africa, vivono in caverne naturali ed hanno abitudini primitive. Sono cacciatori e raccoglitori, non conoscono ne l'allevamento ne l'agricoltura. La loro lingua è composta da "schiocchi" e da ultimi studi sembra sia la prima forma di linguaggio umana mai conosciuta. La popolazione, oggi drasticamente diminuita a causa della mancanza di terra per la caccia (da più di 1300 individui nel 2010 ai circa 600 nel 2015), si suddivide in tribù composte da circa 20/30 persone. Nell'immagine la partenza per la caccia inizia molto presto la mattina, appena sorge il sole. Solitamente il gruppo è composto da 3/4 cacciatori insieme ad un folto numero di cani che accompagnano ed aiutano gli Hadzabe nella loro caccia.
