La nuova cantina, realizzata dopo un accurato restauro conservativo delle strutture esistenti, è circondata da vigneti, pini marittimi, olivi e da un piccolo lago naturale e si integra perfettamente con l'ambiente. Presso la Tenuta sorge il "Museo di Civiltà Rurale", ideato dal Cavalier Gianni Zonin e sua moglie Silvana, che rappresenta un contributo alla terra di Maremma, una testimonianza delle più antiche e genuine tradizioni della cultura e della civiltà contadina in Toscana.
