Il mezzoformato della 6x7 Mamiya è stato il tentativo di avere maggiore qualità alle foto di paesaggi. Ne ho un'altra scattata all'alba in Norvegia sempre fatta con la Mamiya (e pure presente in una mia galleria) alla quale sono molto legato e stampata in A3+ mi tiene compagnia in cornice a casa da circa 15 anni. Il problema era da una parte il trattamento delle dia di laboratori sedicenti professionali che mi faceva perdere ore a spuntinare con il timbro clone graffietti e, soprattutto, piccoli puntini di aggregati dei chimici...centinaia!. Dall'altro lato il costo esorbitante della macchina e degli obiettivi anche se presi usati (e ancora oggi la Mmiya 7II spunta cifre da capogiro). Infine il collo di bottiglia era la scansione delle dia anche se fatta con l'allora Epson piano top di gamma, il 4990.
