Deny the validity of your camera, as can be seen in this image, but in my opinion I think that the background does not give emphasis to the magnificence of this gift that nature has placed at our disposal. In this case, a more careful preparation of the set would give more luster to this cactus. Oppinone staff.

Gandy thanks and Merry Christmas to you too.

Pigi, thanks for your comment and attentive to the advice that I agree totally. Since I do not have a set (always shoot outdoors or on the windowsill of the kitchen, if I have permission from my wife) I had to put the vase with flowers directed against the sky covered with clouds very light. Exposing spots on the petals obscure the sky was becoming overexposed white. I had to search for a light tone that would allow to distinguish two white petals without darkening the subject too. It 'was a fine metering, which has given me to do. I thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk about it.
Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a sparkling New Year.

Joseph.
