120 years old!?! sent on February 14, 2013 (8:37) by Memy. 53 comments, 9414 views.

,

Beautiful! I photographically, they are quite ignorant (technical comments do not know how to give), and I've never done portraits except with the pencil:-D, but I think if a picture says something, he says, regardless of the technical aspects, and I commend more to that feeling ;-). If I can add one thing, I would say that the fact of being 80 years old is a purely western way of thinking, there are people on the planet who come rather easily to the 100 (Hunza valley-island of Okinawa-Pakistan) and are still quite active. It seems that everything depends greatly on their diet, based mostly on herbs and plants. Years ago I remember an article about the discovery in a remote village in Ethiopia (I think) of a very old lady, abundantly more than 100 years, though I could not give more precise information. Well, I'm sorry ifI have dwelt on little talk about photography and congratulations again for all your shots! ;-)

Thank you very much Marco and Marco! :-D:-D
Even I'm not a technician and I always prefer to privilege the 'emotional aspect.
Being in the presence of a centenary is always a very interesting experience and find them actually where the traditional way of life, at least to us, it seems particularly hard, always makes an impression ....
