Mulino spagnolo, unico superstite dei nove mulini senesi, costruiti nella laguna nel corso del XV secolo. In passato sfruttava la forza dell'acqua per la macinazione del grano che veniva portato ai mulini attraverso i "barchini", tipiche imbarcazioni utilizzate ad Orbetello nella laguna.
