Dopo molti tentativi con osservazioni ed appostamenti, ero solo riuscito ad ottenere delle foto che non mi soddisfavano completamente, finalmente ieri sera quando ormai il sole stava per tramontare definitivamente, si è affacciato tra le canne in mezzo al canneto, dove lo avevo visto tante volte muoversi ma sempre coperto tra gli steli, la luce dorata del tramonto lo accarezzava lievemente quasi avesse il timore di rovinarne il tenue piumaggio, lui si è concesso per pochi clic ma sufficienti per darmi tutta la sua “ bellezza” soggetto elusivo e diffidente, dopo la riproduzione si prepara per la grade migrazione verso l'Africa meridionale, cercando canneti fortemente colpiti da afidi, che gli permetteranno di accumulare le riserve di grasso necessarie al lungo volo che lo condurrà oltre il Mediterraneo e il deserto del Sahara …… una grade soddisfazione …..
