Volevo fare una nota sul concetto EP per come lo vedo io: nella mia esperienza passata quando giravo per agenzie fotografiche mi sono visto scartare foto a mio giudizio migliori di altre invece scelte.
Come parlando con art director capivo che il mio punto di vista strettamente fotografico e quindi estremamente tecnico cozzava con le loro idee dove alla fine dei conti era la "sensazione" che doveva emergere da una immagine.
Quindi io non critico mai le scelte editoriali bensì cerco di capire cos'è che ha spinto un ad o editore a fare certe scelte.
Insomma noi fotografi spesso non siamo proprio in linea con chi invece deve comunicare e dice "oggi sulla copertina voglio questa perché per enne motivi mi ha colpito".
Apro e chiudo la parentesi sul concetto EP.
Ringrazio di nuovo tutti e sono contento perché questo foto mi ha comunque impegnato, come le altre che faccio, in alzatacce notturne, vederla premiata mi fa piacere. |

Condivido in tutto il tuo concetto; non solo in fotografia, ma anche in altre espressioni della creatività umana spesso l'autore rimane spiazzato in positivo o viceversa. Strane dinamiche intellettuali, spesso incomprensibili, che chiariscono solo parzialmente queste profonde incongruenze di analisi. Ma un grado di giudizio esterno si deve comunque accettare, fa parte del gioco della vita. Tecnicamente parlando trovo impressionante come sia evidente la fascia della maf sullo specchio d'acqua. La scena della predazione viene ulteriormente rinforzata da luce e colori irripetibili. EP sacrosanto. Congrats!!!!!!
