Le civette del bosco delle Miande sent on May 20, 2019 (16:14) by Ruggero Casse. 25 comments, 1619 views. [retina]

Just as beautiful (already in fifty-five we have said it); I also like your desire to narrate: "Then, smiling, Cesco wondered to whom those eyes actually belonged: to the owl or to the woods? It didn't matter: he had behaved well and the little owl would continue to sing in the miande woods". Beautiful photo and beautiful story (PS the nest is different from the one that appears in the other photo, right?)

I mean Merak! Sorry I'm late! Thank you for your fine words; well yes: the nest is made in a black woodpecker cavity dug on larch, while in the other photo, that of 2014, the cavity had always been dug from black but on aspen. Thank you and good summer!
