15 giorni di duro birding nello Sri Lanka hanno fruttato 214 specie viste (tutti gli endemismi), alcune fotografate; presento qui uno dei più desiderati avvistamenti, il Bocca di rana dello Sri Lanka, fotografato nel buio della foresta di Sinharaja in condizioni davvero impossibili, caldo, pendio, sanguisughe - (Batrachostomus moniliger). A sinistra la femmina più rossiccia, in primo piano il maschio grigio. Specie non endemica.
