"..... Finally, the Wolf" sent on October 22, 2012 (19:38) by Giordano Giacomini. 91 comments, 9460 views.

, 1/400 f/8.0, ISO 250, tripod.

Jordan compliments, certainly the patience and perseverance has rewarded you.
I hope one day, during my stalking, he had the opportunity to meet the wolf, by the time I found one dead in St. Augustine, last winter, certainly did not pass the cold winter snow.

Wow great shot! and reading your story (along with the healthy envy) run very well technically.

There are also in my part (lower Piedmont) but never had the pleasure and are very, very supportive with all the mishaps of your subject ...

"Whether it's a wolf does not rain (I say this because from someone was advanced some doubt)"
If it is reported to me, I doubted that it was a wolf, I just said it put as I struggled to recognize it .... so that fur ruffled, almost curly on the face, had left me dumbfounded.
Besides, I so far I have had the good fortune to see the wolves in Finland, but never an Apennine wolf ..

Do not get me wrong and the avoidance of doubt, as I always say, any photos of wolf made in freedom for me is worth 100 times the best photo taken in places like the Bayerischer ... and more as I said this is also a good photo .

Honestly, like those zampotte before I give the 'impression of being alittle 'out of proportion, I thought it was a young man put very bad! :-|

Thanks again all .. :-)
@ Memy quiet ... I do not go and I did not attend parks closed. (Bayerischer, Monte Amiata, etc.etc.) All my pictures are taken in subjects with total freedom, with many hours of appostamento. In this case, the Fortunately helped me a lot ... I was lying in wait to photograph the Daini ;-) .... I too thought it was a young wolf, I have denied myself the experts.
Loris @ ... thank you, for trimming the mustache I have to think .. :-)

Thank you Cristina .. :-) In Casentino is not difficult to see the wolves, in recent years I have seen very many ... but most distant to photograph .... I also made long stakeouts in areas full of tracks ... but nothing to fare.Questo has presented itself ... and it was not difficult to get it back. :-)
