Orissa - India Novembre 2010 Canon Eos 30d + 100/400

I think that is more Colorio to documentation but I also believe that the BN is much stronger, not acaso I decided to post this version ..

In fact, I also believe that this woman had more of a problem but I do not know what precisely: the hair and eyebrows are blonde but I excluded the 'albinism because the eyes are green (which I saw in India in various people also dark-skinned) and it seems very different from the others I've seen in Africa and had this propblema. Among the 'other in this market was not the only one and I saw two other women who had a similar problem, although the color of the skin was decidedly darker.

An excellent portrait, without a shadow of doubt the version in B / W is superior and emotional impact. The look is incredibly "live"!

Compliments

Hello Memy
beautiful photos, of course I much prefer the B & W photo from pdv.
But the color is much more to documentation: the woman is suffering from vitiligo or neither albinism. From the picture I would say that most likely is suffering from porphyria cutanea tarda, congenital disease that in about 1/3 of cases are familial (which explains the fact that you have seen several people with similar appearance in the same village).

Best wishes

Mark

Thanks Marco! I'm not a doctor for fotuna ..................
In fact, this explains also why it was not an isolated case even if the skin of the other women was still dark with patches darker.
When will Quach photos of Namibia?

Thanks Stedream.

Perfect execution, and the version in black and white and color version.
Great intensity and, given the situation where you worked, great artistic sense. Besides, from what I have seen so far, I like all your work so much. You have really great skills and style.
