Come qualcuno di voi sa, ho iniziato ad allevare il Papilio machaon raccogliendo i bruchi nell'orto, cerco nel mio piccolo di ripopolare la zona, solitamente non li fotografo a meno che non nascano di sera tardi e il mattino mi permettono qualche scatto, preferisco sempre lasciarli liberi appena hanno asciugato le ali, ebbene questo splendido esemplare l'ho ritrovato nel mio campo incolto la sera in ricognizione, è stata una magnifica sorpresa vedere che era intatto, così la mattina all'alba mi sono svegliata pensando di fargli un bel servizio fotografico, mentre lo ritraevo però mi sono accorta che rilasciava delle gocce, era il liquido detto Meconio, da lì ho capito che era nato la sera prima, quando me ne sono resa conto l'ho preso e l'ho portato al sole per farlo asciugare, ha aperto subito le ali e dopo un oretta se nè involato, sono stata molto felice di vedere che il ripopolamento funziona! :)
