Allontanandoti un po' senza zoomare, riduci la dimensione del soggetto nel mirino o nel riquadro del display, cio' non significa che lo devi lasciare con quel formato una volta scattata la foto, in fotoritocco, puoi ritagliare con la taglierina intorno all'immagine escludendo le zone esterne che non sono di interesse, cosi' facendo "croppi" l'immagine cioe' la ingrandisci digitalmente come se tu avessi zoomato, ovviamente il vantaggio di ricomporre in questo modo e' la flessibilita' nel poter scegliere "quanto ritagliare ed ingrandire", ovviamente il vantaggio di poter ritagliare ed avvicinare cosi' l'immagine allo schermo, dipende molto dalla qualita' della definizione colta al momento dello scatto .
Infine, se scatti a cavalletto con soggetto statico come queste composizoni di natura morta e vuoi tutto a fuoco, potresti valutare in alternativa la possibilita' di fare del "focus stacking", cioe' scattando la stessa foto piu' volte con punti di maf diversificati spostando di volta in volta il punto di fuoco in settori diversi del fotogramma inquadrato (2, 3, 4 5 scatti o piu', quanti ne servono per mettere a fuoco tutte le sezioni del soggetto inquadrato) ed alla fine, "fonderle" col programma di fotoritocco o con la funzione o filtro software dedicato che consenta di sovrapporre le diverse maf delle immagini scattate esprimendone alla fine una sola che le contiene tutte .

Ho anche provato a migliorare la luce e i colori con alcuni programmi per il fotoritocco (che non so usare e Photoshop non ce l'ho), ma sono ritornata alla versione originale perchè mi ha soddisfatta di più il realismo dell' immagine: l'ho solo ritagliata leggermente.
Su altri soggetti invece (per esempio paesaggi) mi è piaciuto molto aumentare un po' la saturazione del colore e fare altre piccole modifiche. Sono comunque totalmente ignorante nella post produzione. Dovrò imparare anche questo.

Hello Claudio Il suggerimento principale e' quello di cercare di capire dove e con quali parametri la tua ottica rende di piu', per la nitidezza e la definizione, non dovresti andar oltre, chiudendo il diaframma, a F11 o F13, se invece cerchi sfocature del soggetto o del fondale, devi aprire al massimo o nelle sue vicinanze se vuoi cercare dei compromessi tra un minimo di definizione ed un accettabile bokeh, poi al di la' della teoria, le cose si comprendono meglio, man mano che si sperimenta e si comprendono cosi', pregi e difetti dell'ottica (e magari anche quelli del fotografo stesso...), cerca sempre, per quanto possibile, una buona luce, bassi Iso, 100 max 200 Iso e la maggior stabilita' possibile per evitare il micromosso, se non hai il cavalletto o non hai tempo per andarlo a prendere, guardati attorno se puoi arrangiarti con qualcosa di utile nelle vicinanze che lo possa in qualche modo "surrogare" almeno come base stabile dove appoggiare la reflex, magari all'altezza o nelle vicinanze di inquadratura che puoi valutare in un range di situazioni diverse (prendere un bidoncino, o una scatola, dei libri da impilare o altri oggetti che possano darti una mano..., in mancanza devi scattare a mano libera con le possibili limitazioni che ne possono conseguire, inoltre non fossilizzarti a voler scattare per forza in "quel" modo, prova a valutare alternative di scatto ed inquadrature diverse, "gira intorno" al soggetto, avvicinati o allontanati un poco e magari scatta qualche "shot" di prova, magari ti scappa l'idea buona a cui non avevi pensato, male sicuramente non fa.
