Hello Moma, Thanks for your kind words, your photo's are superb!. I have been to Donna Nook (3 years ago) an amazing place!!!, I would love to go again, but there is a lot of pressure on Photographers to stay away (due to Mothers abandoning their pups because of people getting too close)....so I haven't been back :) Thanks again and all the best |

Hello Steve, thanks :-) I asked you about Donna Nook, Because I even went twice (2010 and 2011) and Although I would go back, I think I will not, for the same Reasons That You wrote. Next April I would go to Bempton Cliffs, someone Told me that it's a very good place for gannets ;-)

hello Moma Bempton Cliffs sounds amazing!!, definitely on my wish list!. Have you considered "Skomer" (Island off the Welsh coast) for Puffins? (again I have not visited this place yet, will go next year).....but I have visited "Gigrin farm" (this year) in Mid Wales, possibly the best place for Red Kites in Europe?..it is a "feeding station", so may not be your ideal for true "Wild" photo capture's?......but seriously you are looking at seeing 100-300 (or more) Red Kites every single day of the year, I had an absolutely wonderful time and got some pics I really liked.......but even though all birds are totally wild, it did feel a bit like a Red Kite Theme park lol |

I wonder how you'll be able to do a similar photo with a wide angle so pushed. Looking at it I like the feeling of being myself soaking water, a few inches from the pelican. Compliments. Mi domando come tu possa essere riuscito a fare una foto simile con un grandangolare così spinto. Guardandola ho come la sensazione di essere io stessa ammollo all'acqua, a pochi cm dal pellicano. Complimenti. |

very nice compliments simona ... I believe the fish is not moved but simply out of focus being on a different plane from that of the subject ... the only flaw in this beautiful picture if you want to cut is the second pelican, however, that in no way detracts hello Luke molto bella complimenti simona ... a mio avviso il pesce non è mosso ma semplicemente fuori fuoco essendo su un piano diverso da quello del soggetto... l'unica pecca a questa bellissima foto se vogliamo è il secondo pellicano tagliato, che comunque nulla toglie ciao Luca |
