Great shot and composition, I share several things with Flaber70, but the compliments are for clicks.

My God, even worse than the power capital of my region ...... except that probably would not help because it is empty, the designers of this mess deserve beheaded without trial.
With those escalators under the Rock, so invasive, have marred an otherwise beautiful landscape.
Your photo is beautiful from the technical point of view (they tell you that you're in a lot better) and your intention very good ...... but who could never appreciate what a thing like that?
For me, therefore, your picture is really nice if takes the form of a photo complaint .....

Hello dear, really the choice outlook puts even more emphasis on the contrast, hence the choice of the title. My photo does not want to be a complaint of something already widely reported ... many items still online. He wanted to be just a document of the contrast that I found before reaching the place .. I am however glad you pointed out the problem. The convenience to reach many sights of the city is indisputable, but from the point of view of landscape is definitely a disfigurement! ;-)

Beautiful lights, title, and contrast.
Improvements in the settings are always possible but, as always, a matter of taste and I like how you interpreted it. The dominant blue canopy seems to color the scene as the lights perhaps a little 'Tall rock increase the contrast with the sky a bit' dark.

Giamba;-):-)
